May I also suggest “The Child’s Story Bible” by Catherine Vos. It’s definitely the best read-aloud-to-your-kids-at-bedtime book we’ve ever used. Don’t let the unappealing cover fool you; it’s very well written and suprisingly insightful (even to the adult reader). It’s available on Amazon and other sites.
