VBS is always an exciting week around here.  Since we’ve moved to an evening schedule we have seen a great blessing of more men involved in leadership.  I believe that a church’s health can be measured (in large part) by the health of the men’s leadership.  I’m not sure where we are on the scale, but I see good signs and believe we are teaching men the right things.  So, if you don’t have much going on this weekend, you can serve the body during VBS.  We have a wonderful full crew, but could always use more.

Should you be freed up this week, I will be leading an adult session on Evangelism for the four evenings we are together.  The adult sessions will begin immediately after the opening rally.  So, at about 6:30 we will begin the adult sessions in the sanctuary.  This should be a meaningful time for those attending.  If you’re able, I’d encourage you to come.
