Certainly any Bible book study would be appropriate to begin on Easter Sunday morning since all of the Scriptures point to Christ and His redemptive work. But there is a sweetness to beginning Philippians on this particular Sunday morning. I exhort you to be there and participate. You’ll be blessed by what some call the “letter of joy.” What you find clearly is that joy is not found in a mystical, spiritual pursuit. Rather, joy is realized in the joyful living out of the gospel through the grace-enabled effort of the believer.
