John Piper really brings home what is wrong with the propserity gospel (love of the gifts, not the giver) while revealing to us what true gospel should look like. I can’t hear that part now about the little girl without thinking about SCC and Maria……
Through their sorrow God was Glorified, just as John states in this message….
