The Southern Baptist Texan is a periodical of the conservative SBC convention in Texas.  In an article printed on October 22, 2007, some very telling information and exhortation came from a report given by several leading pastors and theologians regarding the family.  Below are links to a few significant articles, including some information from Don Whitney, who is a professor at Southern Seminary; preached my installment service here; and will be here on February 15-17 for a worship conference, including family worship.  I consider these articles essential reading as something of a primer for those of you serious about your responsibilities to spiritually influence your homes for Christ.
